JADE Polymers Pvt Ltd is an HDPE bottle and closure manufacturer based at Dhamatvan, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We have been manufacturing since 2014 and supply 30+ industrial clients across pharma, veterinary, dairy, chemical and agrochemical sectors.

As an HDPE bottle and closure manufacturer, we make HDPE bottles, jars, containers and jerry cans, plus caps, closures, inner plugs and handles. Our standard range has 27 products across four lines.

Our factory is at 11, Laxmi Narayan Industrial Estate, Part 1, Dhamatvan Village, Ahmedabad 382435, Gujarat, India.

Our clients include Himalaya, Amul, Vet Mankind, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Banas Dairy, Zeon, Kairose Pharma, Bovian, SSS Pharma and H.R. Pharmacare, among 30+ industrial clients.

We supply HDPE packaging to pharmaceutical, veterinary and animal health, agrochemical, chemical, nutraceutical, lubricant and oil, and dairy manufacturers.

Our standard range runs from 50 ml to 10 L: tablet containers in 50 ml and 100 ml, bottles from 250 ml to 1100 ml, veterinary containers in 1 L, 2 L, 5 L and 10 L, and 5 L jerry cans.

Our standard bottles and containers are blow moulded from 100% virgin HDPE.

Yes. We make 5 L HDPE jerry cans in square and oval shapes, with a vented inner plug, for chemical, lubricant and agrochemical liquids.

Our HDPE dual neck bottle in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 L has a separate measuring chamber for controlled dosing of agrochemical and chemical liquids.

Yes. We make HDPE liver bottles (500 ml and 1 L), a 300 ml long neck bottle for cattle feed, and 1 L to 10 L veterinary containers with handles.

Yes. Our HDPE tablet containers come in 50 ml and 100 ml, with moisture and contamination resistance for tablets, capsules and powders.

Yes. Our HDPE round bottles are designed for automated filling and capping, with multiple neck and closure options.

Yes. EMIDA bottles, round bottles, liver bottles, long neck bottles and jerry cans are supplied with vented inner plugs for liquids that need pressure release.

Yes. We make child lock closures in 43 mm, 48 mm, 52 mm and other sizes for chemical, pharma and safety packaging.

Vented inner plugs come in 19, 26, 28, 32, 35, 45, 50 and 54 mm. Plain inner plugs come in 19, 28 and 30 mm, plus sizes for jars and containers.

Yes. We make plastic handles for 1 L and 2 L containers, and steel powder-coated handles for 5 L and 10 L containers.

Yes. Share your bottle reference or neck size and we confirm cap matching, inner plug compatibility and fitment before supply.

Yes. Our HDPE liver bottles are available with a tamper-evident cap option and a UV-stabilised material option.

The MOQ is 2,500 pieces per product. Size, neck fitment, cap matching and dispatch are confirmed at enquiry.

Yes. All colours are available on request for our bottles, containers, caps and closures.

Yes. We can customise capacity, colour, weight, neck size, shape and closure fitment. New moulds are developed based on feasibility.

Yes. We supply across India and to export markets from our plant in Ahmedabad.
